 Tarpaulin of FENG series has a history of 30 years in Hong Kong market. Nowadays a production site is set up in Shanghai with advanced equipment like automatic coating machine, trimmer, hot sealing machine, high-frequency welding machine, etc, in order to enhance exportation and to satisfy domestic demand. An emerging product – extensive fabric tarpaulin of different colors and with width of 2m, thickness of 0.3mm ~ 0.9mm, is introduced to the market. The product is widely used for tents, cover of vehicles, warehouse, air duct for tunnels, water resistance roof, etc. We are ready for inquires and orders. We can provide tarpaulin finish good of any specification and dimension upon customer request.
Our product—excusive waterproof tarpaulin (extensive fabric tarpaulin) is plasticized under high temperature by fabric of fiber like terylene together with additives like plasticizer, fire retardant, anti-mildew agent, age resister, antistatic agent, etc, and it is coated with PVC resins, thus it has high performance on water resistance, mould proof, flame retardation, cold resistance, anti-aging, static resistance etc, and compared with traditional products, it has better tear strength, which complies with standardized requirement on flame resistance(GA91—1995). The product has various colors, and the surface is skidproof after special treatment. Maximal width is 2m, which could save further manufacturing time and optimize usage. Hot sealing is applicable so that pin hole can be avoided on tarpaulin. Product of any color and/or thickness can be produced upon customer request. |
